Who are they hiring at the Post Office? ..and this is a federal institution? I turned in the papers for my passport today, so that should be arriving in a prompt 10-15 weeks.

I asked one of the ladies behind the blue counter:

"Is this the Wilcox station?"
"No Wilcox is a few blocks down toward Santa Monica Blvd."

..do you not know where you work lady?-- that was the Wilcox station!, what the fuck??

I guess I can say I had my own private tour of Los Angeles today, driving around 500 miles to various cities for the sole purpose of taking a picture of a street sign. It's what my internship had required of me. There was the good, the bad, and the ugly. Ugly being San Julian Street. 1st stop- Park LaBrea, where apparently residents think they're Jesus reincarnated.

"Can I see your business permit??"
..."Business permit?...dude I'm a fucking intern taking a picture of a god damn street sign, not your overpriced shit mansion."
